The final major point of packages are the big jobs. Think of these as gutting and remodeling a house. The house didn't start out the way it is. At one point in time it had fresh paint, neat clean floors, a solid foundation, the water worked, the doors moved freely and the floors didn't creak.
Eventually though the house became hurt not out of deliberate neglect but because the owner just had other priorities other than the house. The owner had a family to raise, work to provide for that family, an ACTUAL house to take care of. See the house in this story is a metaphor for you and your body.
The aches and pains, weight you have gained, and the story you TELL yourself around those things have become true. This isn't a small job. You and your trainer have a lot of work to do IF you want to get your body in order.
Signing up for this membership comes with a "Contract" WE WILL MEET TWICE A WEEK. At a minimum.
Examples of these include:
Losing 10-30lbs of Excess body weight
Gaining back full Range of motion from a joint or activity you USED to do*
Gaining the confidence to know how to keep your body where you want it and how to move it to knew goals
*This is with regard to Activities of Daily interest (ADIs). I am not a DPT or a MD. Only those professionals can help you with gaining back Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
