1 session pack for Personal Training (1 hrs )
A single session solves a one time problem or finds a one time solution. Consider this like getting your tires rotated, or your oil changed. Its not a problem you have to fix all of the time. Its something that can be solved instantly and on demand.
In gym examples: Rope Climbs, Double Unders, Handstands, Olympic Weightlifting, Nutrition Education and resources
(These examples may have other stipulations that limit a client from learning them in a single session.)

This could also be used for an initial Consultation and assessment. In the event the session is the assessment this will be credited towards any packages.

10 session pack for Personal Training (1 hrs )
The next level of problems might require a little bit more time. These session packages are what I like to think of as small jobs. These jobs that even when done by a professional take time. Think of these like getting your roof redone on your house. The time it takes depends on the damage done, size of the roof, and what the beams underneath look like.

Examples of a 5-15 session package include:
Learning the CrossFit movements in a 1:1 environment
Coming back from an injury to sport (Post physical therapy)
Preparing for a specific event or athletic performance
Generating Strength Balance across your body when you are already generally trained
(Some of these have stipulations that dictate if these can be done in 5-15 sessions. )

20 session pack for Personal Training (1 hrs )
The final major point of packages are the big jobs. Think of these as gutting and remodeling a house. The house didn't start out the way it is. At one point in time it had fresh paint, neat clean floors, a solid foundation, the water worked, the doors moved freely and the floors didn't creak.

Eventually though the house became hurt not out of deliberate neglect but because the owner just had other priorities other than the house. The owner had a family to raise, work to provide for that family, an ACTUAL house to take care of. See the house in this story is a metaphor for you and your body.

The aches and pains, weight you have gained, and the story you TELL yourself around those things have become true. This isn't a small job. You and your trainer have a lot of work to do IF you want to get your body in order. 

Signing up for this membership comes with a "Contract" WE WILL MEET TWICE A WEEK. At a minimum.

Gaining back full Range of motion from a joint or activity you USED to do*
Gaining the confidence to know how to keep your body where you want it and how to move it to knew goals
